Introductie
Rodrick Lodowica, a Curacao born musician.
Descending from both a musical Island and family, he, at an early age discovered his passion for music. Even though those around him thought for sure he was going to focus on percussion, he decided to choose the Bass after trying out a plethora of musical instruments. He started his career as a backing vocal tenor singer in a local Church Choir with his sister and close friends and later started playing bass in the same Choir. He met and played with many great local musicians as he was discovering different music genres including Curacao’s own Cultural music such as: Seu, Tumba, Salsa Antiano, Ritmo Kombina and other genres like Salsa, Merengue, Reggae, Soul, R&B and Funk.
